Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and flexible Retail Manager to lead our concession team in a Dublin City Centre location The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service, and a proven track record in driving sales.


Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Excellence:

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences that reflect the brand’s high standards.
  • Actively engage with customers to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.

2. Team Leadership:

  • Manage, inspire, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to meet and exceed targets.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

3. Sales Performance:

  • Drive sales through effective team management and innovative strategies.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

4. Product Expertise:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product range to confidently assist customers and train team members.
  • Stay updated on new product launches, ensuring all staff are fully briefed.

5. Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with the wider store and concession network to align with overall business goals.

6. Communication:

  • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Retail management experience, ideally within jewellery, giftware, or a similar premium retail sector.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, capable of thriving in a high-pressure sales environment.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience managing a retail concession.
  • Familiarity with luxury or high-end retail brands.
