Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Design

    • Create a range of digital assets: social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, and online adverts
    • Design visually compelling infographics, eBooks, and presentation templates to enrich content marketing
    • Establish a cohesive visual identity for campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Content Marketing Design

    • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce assets that enhance storytelling and foster engagement
    • Develop dynamic visuals for blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
    • Support multimedia projects, including video overlays, animations, and interactive designs
  • Campaign Support

    • Partner with the marketing team to create impactful assets for product launches and promotional campaigns
    • Monitor design performance using analytics and user feedback, refining assets as needed
  • Brand Development

    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs
    • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the brand’s visual identity with fresh, innovative ideas

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years in digital design or a similar role, preferably in a tech or B2B environment
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing design work for digital marketing and content campaigns
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch
  • Experience crafting web-optimised and social media-friendly graphics
  • Motion design or video editing skills (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles for web and mobile

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and email marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies, SEO fundamentals, and audience engagement best practices
