Salary: €35,000-€38,000

As a Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Sales and Profit: Achieving store targets through driving sales and exceeding expectations.
• Customer Service: Delivering the finest level of service to all customers.
• Store Operations: Ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Commerciality: Keeping the store well-merchandised and aligned with commercial standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruiting, training, managing, and developing your team to ensure they are motivated and achieving results.
• Additional Services: Providing in-store services (training provided).

Qualifications – About You

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, organisational skills, and basic computer literacy.
• Customer Focus: Understands the importance of exceptional customer service.
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyse sales reports and strategically address challenges.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs occasionally), and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, climbing ladders, and extended reaching.
• POS Operation: Comfortable operating the store’s Point of Sale system.
