We are excited to announce an opportunity for a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join our clients team.

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with the store management team to drive sales through exceptional customer service and operational standards. Confident and engaging, you will manage the store in the absence of senior managers while bringing enthusiasm and a sense of fun to the team and customers alike.

This role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of weekly hours, spread across various shifts. Your schedule will be communicated in advance by your line manager, and we are open to conversations about flexible working arrangements.

Role Responsibilities

As a Supervisor, you will:

• Contribute to sales growth through commercial analysis of key performance indicators such as footfall and conversions.
• Promote awareness of sales targets and performance within the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire the team to achieve the same high standards.
• Lead daily briefing sessions to share store targets and focuses.
• Provide support in the absence of store management.
• Manage cash handling operations, including till transactions and cashing up.
• Regularly assess and address replenishment needs to ensure optimal merchandising standards.
• Follow company health, safety, and security guidelines.
