Assistant Store Manager – Carlow
Salary: €32,000
Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established retail brand in Carlow. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail professional to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

About the Role:

As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will support the Store Manager in achieving business goals while leading and motivating a team to maintain high standards in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain high merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee stock management, ensuring timely receipt and display of products.
• Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
• Train, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including cash handling and reporting.

• At least two years of people management experience
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
• Must have the right to work in Ireland.
