This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader to join a growing retailer renowned for delivering quality products and outstanding service.
The Opportunity:
As Store Manager, you will lead by example to drive store performance, build and develop a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive a first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the highest merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.

Drive sales performance while managing costs to achieve profitability and margin targets.

Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation.

Oversee stockroom organisation, stock control, and ensure timely product replenishment.

Manage staff rosters and resource planning to ensure optimal shop floor coverage within budgeted hours.

Train, coach, and develop your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures.

Maintain effective communication within the team and with senior management.
