The Opportunity:
As Store Manager, you will lead by example to drive store performance, build and develop a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive a first-class experience. You’ll be responsible for maximising profitability, maintaining operational excellence, and upholding the highest merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team in delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.

• Drive sales performance while managing costs to achieve profitability and margin targets.

• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation.

• Oversee stockroom organisation, stock control, and ensure timely product replenishment.

• Manage staff rosters and resource planning to ensure optimal shop floor coverage within budgeted hours.

• Train, coach, and develop your team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and procedures.

• Maintain effective communication within the team and with senior management.

• Strong merchandising, stock management, and cash handling experience.
