About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our main contracting team on a large-scale, high-profile entertainment and lifestyle development project. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record of managing complex civil engineering tasks within multidisciplinary construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and oversee civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and project standards.
* Coordinate and supervise site execution, including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, utilities, and infrastructure development.
* Collaborate closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimise construction methodologies.
* Manage quality control and assurance processes, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
* Prepare progress reports, site instructions, and documentation to track project milestones and deliverables.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff to enhance team performance.
* Support procurement and tender evaluation related to civil works.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* 8-10 years of proven experience in civil engineering within large-scale construction projects, preferably involving mixed-use or entertainment-related developments.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
* Experience working with main contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
* Proficient in project management and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict deadlines.
