Assistant Manager – Fashion Retailer | Cork City | Full Time, Permanent

Are you ready to take the next step in your retail career? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant to move into an Assistant Manager role with a fast-growing, trend-led fashion retailer.

The Role:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to lead a small, passionate team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a high standard of store presentation. You’ll be hands-on with daily operations, from driving sales to coaching and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store

• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service

• Motivate and coach the team to meet KPIs and performance targets

• Oversee stock, merchandising, and visual standards

• Step up to lead the store in the Manager’s absence

About You:

• You’re currently working as a Supervisor or Senior Sales Assistant in retail

• You have a strong interest in fashion or accessories

• You’re enthusiastic, people-focused, and eager to grow

• You love being on the shop floor, engaging with customers and your team

• You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
