Store Manager – Leitrim
Full-time, Permanent | €40,000-€45,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take charge of one of the largest stores in a well-established retail group? This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven Store Manager to oversee a high-profile location in Leitrim and lead a large team to success.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, standards, and success of the store. You will drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a positive working environment that motivates your team to deliver results. This is a senior role requiring strong leadership, commercial awareness, and proven retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large store team to achieve sales and service excellence

• Take full responsibility for store operations, including stock management, visual standards, and compliance

• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high service standards across the team

• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, ensuring succession planning is in place

• Manage budgets, rotas, and operational costs effectively

About You

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in a senior retail management role

• Proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced retail environment

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
