Store Manager – Cork
Full-Time | 38 Hours | €38,000-€40,000 + Bonus

An exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing store within a busy shopping centre environment. This role is ideal for a commercially driven Store Manager with a strong passion for fashion, visual merchandising and team leadership.

The Role

• Lead, motivate and develop a large team in a fast-paced, high-footfall store
• Drive sales performance and consistently deliver on KPIs
• Take full ownership of store operations including stock, VM and loss prevention
• Maintain exceptional standards of customer experience
• Analyse performance and implement strategies to maximise results

About You

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion or high-volume retail
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive sales
• Passionate about people development and building high-performing teams
• Energetic, hands-on and thrives in a busy environment
• Strong visual merchandising and brand awareness
