Assistant Store Manager
Location: Kildare
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a busy retail store in Kildare. This is a great opportunity for a motivated retail professional looking to step into a commercially focused leadership role.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, support team development and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
* Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
* Drive sales and support the achievement of KPIs
* Coach and develop team members
* Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
* Step up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members

About You
* Experience in a retail leadership role such as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of KPIs
* Proactive, organised and hands-on approach
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
