A well-established fashion, accessories, and lifestyle retailer is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Dundrum Shopping Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate retail leader who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting high-performing teams within a fast-paced retail setting.

The Role

As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading the day-to-day operations of the store. You will play a key role in motivating and developing the team while ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and performance
* Drive sales, KPIs, and customer service standards across the store
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Deliver an engaging and welcoming customer experience
* Assist with staff training, coaching, and performance management
* Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are maintained
* Support stock control, cash handling, and operational procedures
* Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture

About You

* Previous experience within retail management, ideally within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or customer-focused retail
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Commercially aware with a hands-on approach to retail operations
* Passionate about customer experience and team development
* Organised, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* A positive and proactive attitude with strong communication skills
