A leading Irish lifestyle retailer is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their busy retail operation in Donegal. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who is passionate about customer experience, team development, and delivering results within a fast-paced retail environment.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while driving sales, maintaining operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead all aspects of store operations and overall business performance
* Drive sales, KPIs, and customer service standards across the store
* Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
* Create a positive, engaging, and customer-focused store environment
* Manage staff performance, rotas, and day-to-day team operations
* Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are consistently maintained
* Oversee stock management, cash handling, and operational procedures
* Maintain strong health & safety and security standards throughout the store
* Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Support company projects and initiatives in line with business expectations

About You

* Previous experience within retail management, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, or high-volume retail
* Strong leadership and people management experience
* Commercially aware with a hands-on and proactive management style
* Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Comfortable working within a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience with visual merchandising and operational standards
* Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office and retail systems experience
