We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our clients team at a vibrant retail store in Dublin city centre .

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Store Manager to boost sales and inspire your team. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will bring positively, energy, and enthusiasm to the store, motivating both customers and colleagues while driving sales growth.

This role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week across various shifts. Your schedule will be provided in advance, and we are open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager will:

  • Analyse various reports to track store and team performance.
  • Work with KPIs to evaluate store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead by example, offering guidance and support to the team to ensure personal and store objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager with staff appraisals and progress meetings, stepping in to lead these when necessary.
  • Help develop and support the career growth of the team.
  • Follow company guidelines for cash handling, including till operations and end-of-day procedures.
  • Ensure all team members maintain operational standards within the store.
  • Communicate effectively in a way that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.
