What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be a Key Player: Step in for the Store Manager as needed, becoming the go-to person for both the team and our customers.
• Set the Vibe: Keep our store looking fresh and fun with eye-catching Visual Merchandising. Inspire shoppers with dynamic displays that keep them coming back!
• Drive Success: Help us meet and exceed store targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You’ll get to play a vital role in our store’s success while celebrating each milestone!
• Develop and Empower Our Team: Recruit, coach, and mentor a team of talented individuals, making sure everyone is motivated, engaged, and set up for success.
• Be the Store’s Rock star: Handle day-to-day tasks with ease, from cash management to stock checks, all while making sure our customers have a seamless shopping experience.
• Keep Things Secure & Safe: Stay on top of health, safety, and security, and make sure our store is a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
• Have Fun with Flexibility: Take on exciting new responsibilities and pitch in wherever needed. You’ll even get the chance to help out at other locations and get to know our amazing community even better!

What You Bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in retail management and a love for leading by example.
• Communication skills that light up the room-you’re a people person, plain and simple!
• Visual Merchandising experience? Awesome! If not, we’ll help you develop it.
• A love for delivering incredible customer experiences and an understanding of how this drives sales.
• Basic IT skills to help with admin (Excel, SAP knowledge is a bonus!).
