About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our clients retail team. You’ll support the Store Manager in delivering operational excellence, inspiring your team, and ensuring the highest standards of visual presentation and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including driving sales, managing KPIs, and ensuring compliance.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed targets.

• Deliver excellent visual merchandising aligned with company standards and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control, and reduce stock loss through effective processes.

• Ensure all health & safety, HR, and operational policies are followed correctly.

• Take ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

• Support in recruitment, training, and development of team members.

• Be a role model for the brand’s values and culture on the shop floor.

About You:

• 1-2 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in fashion retail.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain high team morale.

• Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• Adaptable, organised, and confident in decision-making.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Strong visual merchandising and operational knowledge.
