Salary: €32,000 – €34,000

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established sports retail brand in Clonmel. This position offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic store environment, support the Store Manager, and lead a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations in partnership with the Store Manager

• Drive sales performance and ensure excellent customer service standards

• Assist in staff training, coaching, and performance management

• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and store presentation

• Take responsibility for the store when required in the absence of the Store Manager

About You

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in a retail environment

• Passionate about customer service and retail operations

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Commercially focused with an ability to meet and exceed targets

• Organised, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
