Salary: €32,000 – €33,000

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join a leading sports retail brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a busy, high-profile store environment and play a key part in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Deliver excellent customer service standards and ensure an exceptional shopping experience

• Assist with staff training, coaching, and development

• Oversee stock control, merchandising, and store presentation

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures

• Step up to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager

About You

• Previous supervisory or assistant management experience in retail

• Passionate about customer service with a hands-on approach to leading a team

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

• Commercially aware with a focus on achieving targets
