Assistant Store Manager
Full-Time | 38 Hours | €31,000-€32,000 + Bonus

An excellent opportunity for an ambitious retail professional to step into an Assistant Manager role within a busy Galway store. You will support the Store Manager in driving performance and leading the team.

The Role

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
• Lead the team and take ownership in the manager’s absence
• Drive sales and deliver on KPIs
• Maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising
• Assist with stock management, scheduling and team development

About You

• Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in retail
• Passion for fashion and delivering a strong customer experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commercially aware and target-driven
• Eager to learn, grow and progress your career
