Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our clients store. Your responsibilities will span a range of key areas, from driving sales to maintaining high standards within the store. This dynamic position involves motivating and leading a dedicated team, stepping into managerial duties when necessary, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the store manager to oversee all aspects of store operations.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Motivate, lead, and empower your team to achieve their best potential.
  • Execute managerial duties in the absence of the store manager.
  • Maintain store standards and ensure optimal presentation of stock.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, serving as a role model for the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to surpassing targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
  • Genuine passion for retail and a keen interest in fashion.
  • Fluency in English
