Position Overview:
The General Manager will oversee all operations and business activities of the building contracting company in Oman. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to ensure project delivery, client satisfaction, and financial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:

    • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
    • Identify growth opportunities and expand market presence in Oman.
  2. Operational Management:

    • Oversee the execution of construction projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
    • Establish and monitor operational processes and best practices.
  3. Financial Oversight:

    • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
    • Optimize resource allocation and ensure cost-effective operations.
  4. Client and Stakeholder Relations:

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
    • Handle negotiations, contracts, and dispute resolution effectively.
  5. Team Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Identify and mitigate project and operational risks.
