Your Role as Assistant Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Motivate, lead, and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
• Take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and the store maintains high standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and set a strong example for the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in the retail sector, ideally in fashion .
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A proactive team player with the drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to problem-solve and stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• A genuine passion for sports, fitness, and retail.
