Location: Dublin

Contract : 38 hours

Your Role as Retail Manager:

• Assist the store manager in all areas of running the store.
• Drive sales to ensure targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Motivate, lead, and empower the team.
• Step into the manager’s duties during their absence.
• Maintain high standards within the store and ensure stock is presented in the best possible manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as a role model for staff.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fashion management.
• Proven leadership and sales skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A true team player with the drive and energy to exceed targets.
• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
• Impeccable attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
• A strong interest in fashion and a genuine passion for retail.

Job Type: Full-time
