The Role
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and create a positive, engaging store environment. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to meet and exceed store KPIs and sales targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by ensuring a welcoming and service-driven store culture.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members, fostering career development and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate store performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation and uphold the brand’s image.
  • Minimise stock shrinkage through effective inventory management.
  • Collaborate with area or regional management to achieve overall business goals.
