Job Title: Retail Manager
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €40,000 – €45,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fashion Retail Manager to join our team in a large, fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee a team of 25-30 staff, including two direct-report supervisors. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 25-30 staff, including two supervisors, to achieve store objectives.
• Drive sales and profitability by ensuring a high standard of customer service and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional activities to maximise footfall and revenue in the store.
• Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to ensure the store is always fully stocked and well-presented.
• Analyse sales reports and key performance indicators to identify trends and implement actionable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and other retail managers to align with overall store objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 year’s experience in a senior retail fashion management role, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing large teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse team.
• A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to translate them into impactful visual merchandising.
