The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team within a busy fashion retail environment. This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader with a passion for customer service, visual merchandising, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales and KPI targets.

• Support the Store Manager with workforce planning and rota management, ensuring optimal cover within budgeted hours.

• Maintain high operational standards across inventory control, merchandising, and day-to-day department operations.

• Uphold and implement company procedures and policies, assisting the Store Manager in delivering store excellence.

• Manage product launches, visual updates, promotional campaigns, deliveries, and back-office operations with efficiency.

• Demonstrate strong leadership through coaching, feedback, and ongoing team development, ensuring staff align with brand values.

• Collaborate effectively across all departments to maintain store standards and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in a retail management role is essential.

• Background in fashion retail is highly desirable.

• Strong people management skills with a track record of developing and leading successful teams.

• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
