Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while mentoring and motivating the store team.
• Communicate business objectives effectively to all team members.
• Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
• Manage cash and stock control to ensure accountability.
• Assist with recruitment and training of new store colleagues.
• Oversee refunds, exchanges, and manage overall store performance.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and assist with talent development.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain high operational quality.
