- Proven experience in retail management, sales, or operations.

- Ability to conduct performance discussions and manage staff development.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while mentoring and motivating the store team.
- Communicate business objectives effectively to all team members.
- Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities.
- Manage cash and stock control to ensure accountability.
- Assist with recruitment and training of new store colleagues.
- Oversee refunds, exchanges, and manage overall store performance.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and assist with talent development.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain high operational quality.
