Location: Limerick
Salary: €29,400 + Commission (OTE €49,400+)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a leading retailer of high-quality and stylish home furnishings, is seeking ambitious Sales Consultants to join their showroom team. The Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their purchasing journey – from first welcome to final delivery. You’ll combine product expertise with exceptional service to help customers create their dream homes, while achieving and exceeding your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the showroom and build lasting relationships.

• Understand each customer’s needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions.

• Share detailed product knowledge, including materials, finishes, and care.

• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Manage the full sales process, including follow-up and aftersales service.

• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with merchandising displays.

About You

• Proven retail sales experience, ideally in furniture, interiors, or other high-value products.

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and confident in closing sales.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer focus with a flair for style and design.

• Flexibility to work weekends and key trading periods.
