Job Title: Store Manager
Location: Mahon Point, Cork
Contract Type: Full-time (39 hours per week, 5 days over 7)
Salary: €36,000 – €37,000 per annum + bonus + store discounts

Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Store Manager to lead our Mahon Point store. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Performance:

  • Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Analyse sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and implement action plans.

• Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Customer Experience:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.

• Visual Merchandising:

  • Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, creating an attractive shopping environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
