Location: South Dublin

Salary : 55-60k DOE

Overview:
A trusted and well-established retailer is Ireland is seeking an experienced retail Store Manager/Retail Manager to oversee operations at a busy department store in a south Dublin town . This company is known for its rich heritage, quality products, and dedication to exceptional customer service across Ireland.

Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Retail and manage the daily operations of the store, ensuring alignment with the brand’s high standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold the company’s vision, mission, and values.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, maintaining high customer service standards.
• Drive sales and address under performance in specific departments.
• Resolve customer issues in line with the company’s policies.
• Manage rosters effectively to control costs within budget.
• Lead weekly management meetings and provide feedback to the Head of Retail.
• Develop staff through training and provide direction to supervisors.
• Ensure effective communication between the store and head office.
• Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards for all stakeholders.
• Implement company policies and procedures in-store.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience managing diverse retail operations, preferably in a fashion environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of employment law, health & safety regulations, and consumer law.
