Qualifications and Requirements

• Secondary education qualification or higher.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and basic computer skills.
• A solid understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to analyse sales data and devise strategic solutions.
• Physical ability to lift, manoeuvre, and arrange merchandise as required.
• Comfort operating a point-of-sale (POS) system.
