The Role:
As Store Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the team and driving the success of the store. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store performance by maximising sales and achieving KPIs.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Manage stock handling, ensuring efficient deliveries and accurate stock placement.
  • Action merchandising campaigns and promotional activities effectively.
  • Implement company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the team.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a strong, high-performing unit.
  • Use strong leadership skills to coach and motivate your team.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high standards in visual merchandising.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexible to work weekdays, weekends, and evenings as required.
