The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a small but dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on the shop floor and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running at all times

Drive sales and hit commercial targets through strong floor presence and customer engagement

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Train, motivate, and support a small, close-knit team to deliver high standards in all areas

Monitor stock levels and visual merchandising, ensuring product is well-presented and replenished as needed

Handle all operational tasks including banking, rotas, reporting, and store compliance

Act as a brand ambassador at all times, maintaining the store’s premium reputation
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Minimum 5 year’s experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)

Strong background in fashion retail

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs
-
Hands-on and proactive – happy to roll up sleeves and lead from the front
-
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative management style

Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering long-term client relationships
