The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to lead a small but dedicated team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives on the shop floor and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running at all times

• Drive sales and hit commercial targets through strong floor presence and customer engagement

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere

• Train, motivate, and support a small, close-knit team to deliver high standards in all areas

• Monitor stock levels and visual merchandising, ensuring product is well-presented and replenished as needed

• Handle all operational tasks including banking, rotas, reporting, and store compliance

• Act as a brand ambassador at all times, maintaining the store’s premium reputation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in a retail management role (Assistant Manager or Store Manager level)

• Strong background in fashion retail

• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs

• Hands-on and proactive – happy to roll up sleeves and lead from the front

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative management style

• Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service and fostering long-term client relationships

• Full driving Licence
