About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Store Manager to lead a high-volume fashion retail store based in Dublin . This role requires an individual with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for customer experience, and the ability to drive business performance in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a large, diverse team to exceed KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Analyse store performance, stock levels, and key metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise results.

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all company policies and procedures.

• Deliver high standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand expectations.

• Support succession planning through structured team development, training, and regular performance reviews.

• Liaise with senior management to align the store’s objectives with overall business goals.

• Foster a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture on the shop floor.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior retail management role within fashion, lifestyle, or high-street retail.

• Demonstrated success managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret business reports and respond with clear action plans.

• Skilled in managing change, influencing others, and driving a results-led culture.

• Approachable, confident, and hands-on leadership style.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
