We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-known fashion retailer . This is a fantastic opportunity for a Supervisor or Assistant Manager who’s ready to step up into a Store Manager role.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead your team with confidence and positivity, driving sales and delivering a top-tier customer experience. You’ll manage day-to-day store operations, coach and support your team, and have the freedom to make a real impact – all while being supported by your Area Manager and Head Office.

You’ll benefit from a rotating roster that supports work-life balance, alternating between Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday every two weeks.

• Champion excellent service and create an engaging customer environment

• Drive store performance through strong leadership and daily coaching

• Manage visual merchandising, stock levels, compliance and staff scheduling

• Support in recruiting, training, and developing your team

• Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently day-to-day

About You

• 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail setting (Supervisor or Assistant Manager)

• Enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionate about fashion.

• Confident leader who motivates and brings out the best in a small team

• Great organisational skills and a commercial mindset
