Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Location: Navan
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: €37,000 + Performance-Based Bonus

The Role

Are you a fashion lover with a flair for visual merchandising and a talent for leadership? We’re looking for a Store Manager who lives and breathes style, knows what great service looks like, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and bring our brand to life on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve and exceed targets

• Drive a customer-first culture, delivering standout service every day

• Take ownership of all aspects of store operations

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that reflect current trends and brand identity

• Analyse sales reports and make commercial decisions to maximise performance

• Recruit, on board, and coach team members, creating a strong and supportive store culture

• Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures

About You

• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for styling and merchandising

• Proven experience in fashion retail management (Store Manager or Assistant Manager level)

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and build a motivated team

• Commercially aware, with the confidence to make decisions that drive business results

• Positive, proactive, and highly organised in a busy retail setting

• A natural communicator with great energy and people skills
