We are recruiting a passionate and experienced Store Manager for a premium retail brand located in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious leader to join a dynamic, fashion-forward retail environment and take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a high-performing store.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Driving sales through effective stock management and team motivation to meet weekly targets and KPIs.

• Leading and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service and act as role models on the shop floor.

• Implementing and maintaining commercial and visual merchandising standards in line with brand expectations.

• Setting and reviewing team objectives, holding regular performance discussions to encourage development.

• Managing store administration including rotas, payroll, health and safety, and handling customer feedback professionally.

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety and security procedures to protect team members and customers.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 year’s retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

• A passion for retail, commerciality, and driving profitability.

• A commitment to delivering high standards of customer service and visual excellence.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.

• A flexible and reliable approach, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
