STORE MANAGER – €40,000 + Bonus – Tallaght, Dublin – Full-Time, 40 Hours

The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the store. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service, meet sales targets, and maintain brand standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high visual merchandising standards

• Drive sales through effective team coaching, KPI management, and commercial decision-making

• Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their potential

• Manage stock levels, deliveries, and store presentation in line with brand guidelines

• Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to

• Report on store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Store Manager role, ideally within fashion retail

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills

• Commercially minded with excellent organisational skills

• Confident communicator with a hands-on approach
