The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational, commercial, and people performance of the store. You will lead by example, fostering an engaging, positive environment while ensuring high standards and consistent results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team

• Delivering exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere

• Coaching your team to achieve strong sales results and operational excellence

• Ensuring high visual and merchandising standards

• Managing store performance, including budgets, KPIs, and profitability

• Creating a safe, organised, and inspiring shopping environment

• Driving continuous improvement and supporting the growth of the brand in Ireland
