Store Manager
Full-Time | 38 Hours | €34,000-€36,000 + Bonus

A fantastic opportunity to manage a well-established fashion retail store in Cork City. This role offers a strong balance of leadership, commercial ownership and team development.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead and develop your team to deliver strong sales and service
• Drive commercial performance through KPI management
• Maintain high standards across VM, stock and store operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members

About You

• Experience in a Store Manager or senior Assistant Manager role
• Passion for fashion, retail and customer experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Commercial mindset with a focus on results
• Organised, adaptable and hands-on
