An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail professional to join a well-established and growing fashion and apparel retailer. This role offers the chance to lead a small team in a fast-paced environment, with excellent opportunities for progression and long-term career development within the business.

The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales performance while delivering a high standard of customer experience. You will lead, develop and motivate your team to achieve targets and maintain strong operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales, team performance, customer service, stock control and store standards
* Drive sales and consistently deliver on KPIs and commercial targets
* Lead, coach and develop a small team, creating a positive and high-performing culture
* Manage staffing levels, rotas, wage control and store budgets
* Deliver strong visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
* Ensure excellent customer service at all times, leading by example on the shop floor
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance within the store
* Monitor stock levels and minimise loss through effective stock management and security awareness
* Support business initiatives, promotions and in-store projects

About You
* Previous experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role (Supervisor or Assistant Manager level considered)
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Commercially aware with a track record of driving sales and KPIs
* Passionate about customer experience and team development
* Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
* Experience in fashion, apparel or large-volume retail is advantageous
