Location: The Square Shopping Centre, Tallaght
Full-time, Permanent

We’re partnering with a leading fashion retailer to find a confident and driven Supervisor for their store in The Square, Tallaght.

About the Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of store operations – supporting the management team, driving sales, and leading by example on the shop floor. You’ll play a key part in creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects the brand’s identity and keeps customers coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Store Manager in daily operations

• Leading and motivating the team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Ensuring store and visual standards are consistently high

• Driving KPIs and sales targets with energy and enthusiasm

• Opening/closing the store and handling key holder responsibilities

• Coaching and developing team members on the floor

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a fashion retail environment, ideally at Supervisor level 2 years +

• A natural leader who brings passivity and professionalism to the shop floor

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering results

• Flexible, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced environment
